What is Mindfulness?
The practice of mindfulness is the ability to develop an awareness of the present.
Our human brain has a tendency to dwell in the past or get lost in planning the future. This means we miss out on the experience of our lives as they unfold.
Most of the time we rush about doing things and run on automatic pilot. Whilst doing is important and auto-pilot has a place, spending more time in the being mode gives us balance.
